Terms of Service

1. The Service

SnapSweep helps you review and clean your photo library by finding duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, blurry shots, and large videos, entirely on your device. SnapSweep only ever suggests items — you review and confirm every deletion, and the final removal uses your phone's own confirmation dialog.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before confirming a deletion. Deleted items remain recoverable in your Recently Deleted (iOS) or Trash (Android) album for up to 30 days. SnapSweep is a tool to assist you and does not guarantee any specific amount of recovered storage or a specific detection accuracy.

3. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Every user can scan their entire library for free and clean a limited number of items and swipe reviews at no cost.
• Premium Subscription: Unlocks unlimited cleaning and additional categories (similar photos, similar videos, large videos). Offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing and any free-trial eligibility are displayed in-app before purchase and provided by the App Store or Google Play.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Managing Subscriptions: Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use SnapSweep for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the app, or reverse engineer its functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSweep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos or videos you chose to delete. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

On iOS, this app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
